Today’s China Breakfast: Toad in a Hole! Egg cracked into hole in toast, fried in pan until white is cooked, yolk is still runny, extra sharp cheddar cheese melted until gooey, fresh pepper cracked on top. Mmmmmm melty and delicious. If only there was bacon, too…. love stepho
