I’m a jackass and didn’t take any pictures of the bacon ice cream. But believe it or not, it was AWESOME. Better than expected. Made it for a bbq with a bunch of kids, and the end of the night was about 10 people sitting on the floor in the kitchen, big spooning ice cream and passing around some buffalo trace whiskey. And by end of the night, I mean end of the bbq, just before the beginning of going out dancing. At a ’90s night.
