A store called Snacks! has opened in the Seattle neighborhood of Ballard.
They serve the “Chilly Dog” - a toasted hot dog bun topped with a layer of smooth peanut butter then soft serve ice cream (vanilla, chocolate or swirl) and then some strawberry jelly.
This sounds oddly delicious.
