At the bakery across the street from our apartment (the same bakery, incidentally, that makes the awesome Miyazaki-inspired baked goods), we like to buy their delicious morning buns. For breakfast this morning I made a tasty treat on the wonderous baked rolls with extra-aged cheddar, juicy ripe tomatoes (sorry Mikey) and fresh cracked pepper. Not very Asian, but pretty delicious.
