Albacore Post Numero Uno.
My roommate Ben just went albacore fishing off the coast of Washington, and brought in a haul I could not believe. Look at the picture, and imagine five Bens, each holding two fish. And that’s how much albacore he caught. So basically we’ve got fish coming out the ears at our house, and are going to have a field day figuring out different ways to cook the stuff. Most is cut into steaks. The rest is vacuum sealed in bags for either stir frying or smoking in the next few days.
Meal posts are their way… And probably won’t stop for about six months, since there’s sooooo much good eats.
