Meal #1

Well, meal #2 if you count the piece of tuna I ate raw, this stuff is so good.

Tuna for breakfast. We grabbed two red emerald giant peppers, and a big sweet bell pepper from our garden, and fried them up in oil with a some jalapeno and onion (from the 7-11 hot dog condiments—don’t judge). Threw in some small tuna pieces, salt and pepper, scrambled it all with some eggs, and that’s it. This stuff doesn’t need anything else. The tuna has this wonderful, sweet, lemony flavor that really adds a ton to a meal.

We’ll get more creative as we go. But this one was great since Ben caught the fish, we grew the peppers, and the onion and jalapeno was from next door (I figure getting onion and peppers from our 7-11 is essentially the same as getting a cup of sugar from your neighbor. “Lend me some jalapeno, I am yo’ neighbor. Shake it, shake it…”)
